There is one Grade 2/3 and one 4/5 combined class.</p> <p>Grades 1 to 3 classes are primarily taught by a homeroom teacher with music and physical education specialists teaching children in the respective subjects.</p> <p>Students in grades 4 to 6 have a homeroom teacher and are taught by subject specialists. This initiative is also a district-wide language arts program that promotes spelling, reading and writing.
