The Young Authors' Conference (YAC) livestream event is open to all staff and students at Elk Island Public Schools and Elk Island Catholic Schools, K-12. David A. Robertson will discuss his book On the Trapline and share valuable insights on writing, storytelling and learning from the land that you won’t want to miss.

Each year over 400 selected students in grades 4 to 9 from both Elk Island Public Schools and Elk Island Catholic Schools are invited to spend the day with a variety of well-known children and young adult authors, illustrators and graphic artists—working with them and learning the tricks of the trade.

Division 2 Art Walk and Instrument Evening

Due to the EIPS Relay Race on May 9th that some of our Grades 4-6 students are participating in, we will be changing the time for the Art Walk/Performance from 6 to 7 p.m. For the evening, student art work is being displayed in the hallways of the school and each class will be performing 2 musical numbers in the gym. We invite you to enjoy an evening viewing artwork and watching your child perform. Below are the performance times for groups.
