Impact (formerly Transitions) is a district special education program for learners in grades 4-6 with a diagnosed learning disability. The program offers a small class setting and individualized instruction in all core subjects. Learners participate in the regular program to the fullest extent possible and may be integrated into regular classes for some subjects. Instruction is guided by Instructional Support Plans and builds upon individual strengths and needs.
