School Fees
Families are invoiced for school fees at the beginning of every school year. Fees are due within 30 days of the invoice date. The simplest, and most convenient, way to pay school fees is by logging in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal. There you can view your fees and pay them online using a MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card.
If circumstances exist where you are unable to pay your fees, you can apply to have fees waived by submitting an Application for a Waiver of Fees. The 2025-26 fee waiver application deadline is Dec. 15, 2025.

WBF's Start-Up Information
Welcome back! My name is Kerri Williams, and I am honoured to serve as the principal of Woodbridge Farms Elementary. I would like to welcome everyone to a new school year! I hope you all enjoyed your summer and found opportunities to rest, relax, recharge, and spend time with friends and family. For those families that are new to Woodbridge, welcome to our pack!
The first day of school for all students in Grades 1-6 and our system programs (CSP, Connections and Impact) is Thursday, August 28. Please review the start-up information below to help you prepare for the new school year.
School Start – School Supply Orders
If you ordered your child’s school supplies from School Start and selected delivery to the school, please contact the school office at 780-464-3330 to arrange a time to pick up your supplies especially if you’d like to label supplies prior to our Unpack Your Backpack Event. If you are unable to come in, you can pick-up your supplies Wednesday evening from 5:30-6:30PM or they will be available in your child’s classroom on the first day of school.
Meet the Staff and Unpack Your Backpack Event
Date: Wednesday, August 27, 2025
Time: 5:30 to 6:30PM
We invite our students and families to our Meet the Staff and Unpack your Backpack Event on Wednesday, August 27, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. This event takes place the evening before school starts so that students and families can locate classrooms, drop off school supplies, and say hello to their teacher.
Families in Grades 1-6 will receive a School Messenger notification by the end of the day on Tuesday, August 26 with information about their child’s teacher and classroom location. We look forward to welcoming students a day early and giving them a sneak peek of their classroom!
If you are unable to attend on August 27, families are welcome to accompany their child(ren) to their classroom on the first day of classes.
Kindergarten Information
In June, Kindergarten families should have received information about their child's orientation time. Kindergarten students will have an opportunity to attend in small groups for their orientation on August 28 or September 3. Regular classes for Kindergarten will begin on September 4 (Group A). If you have any questions about the date and time of your child's orientation, please contact the office at 780-464-3330.
